Neil Murphy

Neil is a Financial Accountant with Kernel Capital and based in Cork.
He joined Kernel Capital in January 2018 and is a key executive within our finance team which is responsible for all Kernel Group Financial Control, Treasury, Audit, Tax and Regulatory Reporting.
This role encompasses the Financial Reporting of Kernel Capital and the subsidiary companies within the Kernel Group that manage over €210M in Venture Capital funds.
Prior to Kernel, Neil was Finance Manager for Pipelife, Weinerberger Group, prior to which he was Finance Manager with DDC Ireland (17 years) and Accountant with EMC.
Neil is qualified as a Certified Public Accountant (1990) and holds an M.B.A.
from the Open University (2002).
