Prior to joining Mekong Capital, Toan was a Manager within the Investment Department of VinGroup; his key responsibilities included: preparing financial forecast in order to calculate IRR and NPV for new investment projects, assessing the feasibility and identifying key deal issues for potential M&A transactions, performing in-depth market research into assigned industries and preparing SWOT analysis for VinGroup’s existing business segments.
Before joining Vingroup, Toan served as Associate Director within the Research Department of VPBank Securities, Senior Consultant within the Transaction Advisory Services at PricewaterhouseCoopers Vietnam and Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young (New York, USA).
