Nicholas Morello

Mr. Morello joined Ramius in January 2003.
Mr. Morello was one of the founding members of the Royal Bank of Canada’s High Yield group and was Vice President of High Yield Capital Markets and Origination from 1999 to 2003.
From 1997 to 1999, Mr. Morello was Vice President of the High Yield Capital Markets group at Gleacher NatWest where he assisted in originating and pricing over $3 billion of high yield securities.
From 1995 to 1997, Mr. Morello was an investment banking analyst in the Mergers and Acquisitions group at Bankers Trust.
Mr. Morello received a B.S.
in Finance and International Management from Georgetown University in 1995.
