Nicola Sajeva

Mr. Nicola Sajeva is a Senior Vice President Fund Management Core+ & Value Added at Prelios SGR SpA.
He joined firm in October 2016.
From 2015 to 2016, he worked at the Intesa Sanpaolo Group, where he participated in the start-up project for the management of doubtful bank real-estate loans.
Previously, from 2014 to 2015, he was Head of Fund Management Office.
In 2007, he joined Generali Immobiliare Italia SGR as an analyst, where he remained until 2014, in the successive roles of Asset Manager, Fund Manager and Head of the Dynamic Portfolio B.U.
From 2006 to 2007, he provided real-estate consulting at Reag S.p.A., where he was responsible for international projects with the Paris and Madrid offices.
He began his career in 2004 at Stelline Servizi Immobiliari, a real-estate company belonging to the Credito Valtellinese Group.
He graduated from Milan Polytechnic and specialized in real-estate finance at SDA Bocconi.
