Oliver Josef Davey

Mr. Oliver J.
Davey is a Co-Managing Partner & Head of Risk & Trading at Mara River Capital Management LLC.
He co-founded the firm in 2018.
Prior to that, he ran the European office for Panning Capital Management, where he focused on trading macro credit, distressed and value equities.
Mr. Davey joined Panning in 2014 from Lucidus Capital, where he primarily traded European banks, sovereigns, index and options.
Prior to moving to Lucidus in 2011, Mr. Davey worked alongside Mr. Evans for three years at King Street as a Senior Trader.
Mr. Davey began his career on the structured credit trading desk at Merrill Lynch in 2002, market making and proprietary trading a range of products.
He received a B.A.
honors (scholarship) in Economics from University of Cambridge.
