Goldman Sachs Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych SA (Goldman Sachs TFI) is the Polish fund management subsidiary of NN Investment Partners International Holdings BV, ultimately held by The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. (NYSE: GS) in the US. The firm was founded in 1997 and formerly known as ING Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych SA and changed their name to NN Investment Partners Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych SA in 2015. They became Goldman Sachs Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych SA in 2022. Headquartered in Warsaw, Goldman Sachs TFI creates and manages funds and investment portfolios for individual and institutional clients around the world.

Rockbridge TFI is the investment management subsidiary of ALTUS Agent Transferowy Sp zoo, itself a subsidiary of ALTUS TFI SA (WSE: ALI) in Poland. Founded in 1998 as CAIB TFI, the firm became BPH TFI in 2004 and renamed to Rockbridge in 2017. Headquartered in Warsaw, Rockbridge provides mutual funds, savings and pension plans, and asset management services to institutions, pension funds, private individuals and insurance companies.
