Prior to joining OVP, Ms. Goodale was the Research Consultant for The Ascent Group from 1996 to 2001.
She also did business consulting and was on the advisory board for 5 High Tech startups as part of the Oregon Marketing Business Initiative (OMBI) program from 1996 through 1999.
Before her years of consulting, Ms. Goodale was the Senior Business Analyst at Now Software and held several financial positions at Mentor Graphics Corporation, including Assistant to the CFO and Investor Relations Manager.
In all of these roles, she was instrumental in: developing strategic plans; researching competitors and industry trends; analyzing financial performance; and forecasting sales, profitability & cash flow.
Ms. Goodale recieved her BA in Social Anthropology from Harvard University, nad her MA in Education from Lesley College.
