Mr. Holden joined Veritas in November 2004 after a varied career in petroleum engineering, aerospace, banking, management consulting and the delivery of information technology services.
His most recent position was as head of operations for an e-commerce application service provider.
Mr. Holden holds an MBA from the University of Western Ontario's Ivey School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Queen's University.
He has completed Level III of the CFA program and is an associate member of the Toronto Society of Financial Analysts.
