SEB AM provides investment services to clients from the Nordic countries and Germany, offering investment management expertise and services to institutions, life insurance companies and retail clients. Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (Denmark) (SEB Denmark) is the Danish investment management division of Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (ST: SEB.A,SEB.C) in Sweden. Established in 1999, SEB Denmark is based in Copenhagen. They merged with SEB AS in 2012 and provide banking, pension and credit card services to listed companies, major private companies and financial and public institutions including pension funds and regional / local authorities. SEB Denmark is a signatory to the UN Principles for Responsible Investment and cooperates with SEB Ethix SRI Advisors to ensure that work on responsible investment is done in a professional manner and employs active ownership to affect selected companies that do not meet the guidelines for environmental, social and corporate governance.
