Pratik Ray

Mr. Pratik Ray, CFA, is a Senior Property Analyst at The Hongkong & Shanghai Banking Corp.
Ltd.
Prior to joining the firm in 2010, Mr. Ray spent four years at GIC Real Estate, where he covered listed real estate securities across Asia, and before that worked as a Sell-Side Analyst with two Singaporean banks, covering real estate developers and REITs.
He has over 18 years experience in consulting roles and real estate equity research, spanning developed and emerging markets including Singapore, Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, India, China, Russia, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia and the UK.
He holds the CFA designation and a BASc degree in Computer Engineering from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
