Renee Olson

Renee joined Frazier Healthcare Partners in September 2019 as Director of Human Resources on the Growth Buyout team.
She was a HR Consultant for Frazier for 18 months, prior to joining the team.
Renee leads the diversity, equity, inclusion, and advancement efforts for the firm.
Renee has more than 25 years of Human Resources experience.
Prior to joining Frazier, she was the Head of Human Resources for AudienceScience, a privately held enterprise technology company based in Bellevue, WA.
The company had offices in eight countries in which Renee managed the full breadth and depth of the HR function, along with her team of HR professionals.
Prior to AudienceScience, she spent several years at Microsoft and Boeing working with senior HR leaders in various HR functions.
Renee earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from the University of Washington.
She is also a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR-SCP).
