Richard H. Yan

Prior to joining GarMark, Mr. Yan was a Senior Associate at KPMG in the Transaction Services group, providing financial due diligence in private equity and strategic acquisitions.
He has transaction experience in both public and private companies in various industries including infrastructure, retail & consumer products, manufacturing and wireless.
Originally from Southern California, Mr. Yan graduated from Georgetown University cum laude with a double major in Accounting and Finance, including study abroad at the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
