Richard M. Grosshandler

Mr. Richard M.
Grosshandler is Vice President at Harren Equity Partners LLC.
He joined Harren Equity Partners in January 2010.
His primary responsibilities include identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, closing and financing transactions, and monitoring the performance of portfolio companies.
Prior to joining Harren, Mr. Grosshandler PM MxManage, a provider of decision support software for the long term care industry, and oversaw its successful sale and integration with a strategic buyer.
His prior work experience also includes serving as an investment manager at Primus Capital Funds, a mid-market private equity group, where he served on the Board of Directors at Pegasus Tower Development Company, LLC and as a Board observer at Healthcare Management Systems, Inc. He began his career as an analyst at the mid-market investment banking firm Harris Williams & Co., where he was involved in a variety of sell-side M&A transactions.
Mr. Grosshandler graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Case Western Reserve University.
