Robert E. Brooks

Robert E.
Brooks has been a Director of Gulfport Energy Corp.
since July 1997 and is President of Delphi Oil & Gas, Inc. From 1997 to 2002, he was a Partner of Brooks Greenblatt, which he founded in July 1997.
Mr. Brooks is a Certified Public Accountant and was Senior Vice President of Asset Finance and Managed Assets for Bank One from 1993 to July 1997.
He received a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University in 1969 and a graduate degree in Finance and Accounting from the Graduate School of Business at the University of Chicago in 1974.
