Robert Felton

Mr. Felton is an Advisory Partner of Cotton Creek Capital providing executive and operational leadership across the portfolio of Cotton Creek investments.
Prior to Cotton Creek, Mr. Felton served in a variety of executive positions with over 30 years’ experience in the manufacturing and building products industries.
Most recently, Mr. Felton served as the Chief Executive Officer of Cotton Creek portfolio company, Royal Baths Manufacturing, Inc. Prior to his tenure at Royal, Mr. Felton spent 24 years at M&M Manufacturing Company in Fort Worth, Texas, initially as the Vice President of Operations and, ultimately, as Chief Executive Officer, serving in that capacity until the Company was acquired by MiTek Industries in 2015.
Mr. Felton currently serves as the chairman of the board of directors of RB Acquisition Corp.
and is a member of the board of managers of Landpoint Holdings, LLC.
In addition to the above, Mr. Felton has been an active member of YPO and a member of YPO Gold, a global leadership community of executives.
Mr. Felton earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The University of Oklahoma in Norman, Oklahoma.
