Robert M. Felsenthal

Mr. Felsenthal joined Crestview Capital in August 2007, after many years of financial experience in variety of environments.
Prior to joining Crestview, Mr. Felsenthal was the Chief Financial Officer of the Midwest Palliative & Hospice CareCenter in Glenview, Illinois.
Mr. Felsenthal began his career in 1974 as an auditor with Arthur Young & Company in Chicago.
In 1983 he joined IMC Global, a $3 billion, publicly traded, crop nutrient, company located in Northbrook, Illinois.
Mr. Felsenthal left IMC in 1996 as the Senior Vice President, Business Development, responsible for managing the internal team and outside consultants in developing and executing the company´s growth plan.
During Mr. Felsenthal´s career at IMC, the Company grew from approximately one billion to approximately three billion dollars in sales.
Subsequent to leaving IMC, Mr. Felsenthal has had a variety of financial positions, including consulting for McDonald´s Corporation in the areas of business development and strategic sourcing.
Mr. Felsenthal earned a BSBA from the University of Denver 1974 and attended the Executive Program at the University of Michigan in 1995.
