Before joining Crestview, Dr. Hoyt founded Jennison Associates to improve existing companies.
Dr. Hoyt specialized in executive coaching long before that term was popularized.
In 1991, he assumed control of an industrial distribution company in order to apply his management approach to his own enterprise.
He made a strategic shift from traditional distribution to supply chain management and built the operation around personal growth, accountability and control.
The company grew from $6 million in 1991 to sales of $300 million in 1999.
Dr. Hoyt has a Master of Arts Degree from Northwestern University and a PhD in clinical psychology from Yeshiva University.
