Sam Fazakerley

I have been with Palatine since 2007 and am proud to have seen the organisation grow from its first fundraise in 2007 to the closing of the Impact Fund in 2017.
I have enjoyed being part of a growing organisation and embracing the challenges as the role has expanded over the years.
I have overall responsibility for the finance, tax and administration of all four funds and the management company.
I am involved in the whole finance function from fundraising to financial reporting.
Prior to joining Palatine, I spent 12 years in industry having qualified as a Chartered Accountant at BDO Binder Hamlyn.
I graduated from Lancaster University and have a degree in Accounting and Finance and Mathematics.
Outside of work I enjoy being outdoors and keeping fit by running, walking and military fitness.
I also enjoy gardening, my new hobby that I discovered during lockdown and spending time with family and friends.
