Sanjay Chandel

Mr. Sanjay Chandel is Chief Executive Officer at Indiabulls Asset Management Co. Ltd.
He has over 15 years of experience in the Financial Sector.
Starting his career with the Capital Market Regulator SEBI where he worked in the areas of Investigations, Stock Exchange Administration and Office of International Affairs as part of Office of The Chairman.
Besides representing SEBI in several programmes relating to Securities & Capital Market all over the world, Mr. Chandel was one of the core Committee Members that hosted the 32nd Annual Conference of International Organisation of Securities Commissions (IOSCO) in April 2007 in Mumbai, India.
After spending 11 years with the Capital Market Regulator, Mr. Chandel joined Indiabulls Group in August 2007 and was instrumental in Strengthening the Compliance of the Group as Director (Compliance).
In January 2010, he took over as the CEO of Indian Commodity Exchange (ICEX) where he was responsible for launching 1st Iron Ore Futures Contract in the world.
Pursuant to his stint with ICEX, Mr. Chandel moved to head Indiabulls Asset Management Company Ltd.
which got regulator nod in March 2011and has garnered more than Rs.
2,000 crores within six month of its operations.
