Mr. Rice started his career in public accounting and financial analysis with Deloitte & Touche, followed by corporate risk management at Aleris International.
In 2004, Rice joined Genscape, a provider of real-time energy information.
After serving as Genscape’s VP Finance through 2008 and assisting with due diligence and financial oversight activities during the company’s acquisition by a major European media conglomerate for over $137million, Rice joined Vinco Capital.
Rice also led the due diligence and purchase of Medical Research South, Vinco Capital’s first business acquisition.
?When Sean is not helping develop the Vinco Capital family of businesses, he enjoys cycling and going on outdoor adventures with his family.
?Mr. Rice received a BA degree in Business Administration from Alma College and an MBA in Entrepreneurship from the University of Louisville.
