HSBC Asset Management (India) Pvt Ltd. (HSBC AM-India) is the Indian investment management subsidiary of HSBC Securities & Capital Markets (India) Pvt Ltd., ultimately held by HSBC Holdings Plc (LSE: HSBA, ADR: HSBC) in Great Britain. Headquartered in Mumbai, HSBC AM-India was founded in 2001 and offers a comprehensive range of investment management solutions to institutional investors (foreign and Indian), corporates and financial intermediaries and provides bespoke portfolio management services for large institutional investors, insurance companies, high net-worth individuals.

L&T Investment Management Ltd. (L&T IM) is an investment management firm headquartered in Mumbai, India. The firm was founded in 1996 as DBS Cholamandalam Asset Management Ltd. They were acquired by L&T Finance in 2010 and renamed L&T Investment Management Ltd. In 2022, HSBC Asset Management (India) Pvt Ltd., a subsidiary of HSBC Holdings Plc (LON: HSBA), acquired the firm. L&T IM manages the L&T Mutual Fund schemes for individual and institutional investors.

FIL Fund Management Pvt Ltd. (FIL FM), established in 2005, is the subsidiary and fund management arm in India of Fidelity International Ltd. INGIM was founded in 1994 and provides asset management services to institutions, pension funds, insurance companies, fund distributors, foundations, high net-worth individuals and retail customers. They manage a range of global and regional investment products covering all asset classes. INGIM-HK was incorporated in 1997 and is the head office for the Asia Pacific region, responsible for Asian and Australasian products. The firm coordinates activities and reports to the parent group for offices in Singapore, India, Japan, the Philippines, Australia and New Zealand, Malaysia, as well as joint ventures in Thailand, Taiwan and Korea. INGIM-HK services Asian institutions, governments, and private individuals, offering active investment management capabilities and a range of mutual funds. INGIM-HK manages sub-funds of umbrella funds domiciled in Europe and the US, focusing on Asian markets. They manage a range of global and regional investment products covering all asset classes. INGIM-IN was incorporated in 1998 and is located in Mumbai. The firm provides discretionary and pooled investment management services to an institutional, corporate and retail clientele, with a particular focus on high net-worth individuals. The firm manages the ING Vysya Mutual Fund, a trust comprising a family of equity, fixed-income and hybrid sub-funds. They are specialist investment managers focused on the Indian market.
