Mr. Simone Chelini is a Fund Manager at Anthilia Capital Partners SGR SpA.
He was previously employed as Head of Asset Management at GWM Asset Management (Malta) Ltd.
Mr. Chelini joined the Group in 2009 to Head the Asset Management Business and has more than 20 years’ experience in the industry.
Prior to joining GWM, he was a Managing Director and Member of the Board at Unifortune Asset Management, Founder and Fund Manager of Albatross Fund (awarded as best Italian hedge fund in 2007).
Before, he was Director at Nextra Asset Management (Banca Intesa Group) and Member of the Investment Committee, heading the European Equity Funds with more than 7 billion under management.
He was also Head of the Technology, Media and Telecom Global Funds.
He was also member of the Nominee Committee of Assogestioni.
Mr. Chelini holds a Bachelor’s degree (magna cum laude) in Economics, Business and Administration from La Sapienza University of Rome.
