Stephen A.
Horvath has been an Executive Vice President of Columbia Bancorp since March, 2000.
He is a Member of the Executive's Advisory Council of Montgomery County and the Finance Committee of the Prince George's Chamber of Commerce.
He was a Director, President and Chief Operating Officer of Suburban and President and Chief Executive Officer of Suburban Bank from January, 1997 to March, 2000.
He held various positions at Crestar, First Union National Bank and National City Bank.
Previously, he was Chairman of the Business Loan Fund of Montgomery County, the Prince George's United Way Campaign and a Director of the Prince George's Chamber of Commerce.
He received a BA degree from Denison University and an MBA from the Stonier Graduate School of Banking and Leadership in Maryland.
