Mr. Levanti joined GEAM in 1990 and has developed a broad investment track record in both real estate and private equity.
Initially, Mr. Levanti was responsible for all accounting, financial reporting and property market valuations for GEAM's $4 Billion real estate portfolio.
Later, as a member of the real estate team, he had acquisition and asset management responsibility for GEAM's hotel portfolio, valued at approximately $1 Billion.
He has also invested in numerous early and later stage privately held companies and has represented GEAM on several boards of directors.
Prior to his current position, he was a Six Sigma Black Belt in the Fixed Income Organization.
Prior to joining GEAM, he was with Arthur Andersen and Trammell Crow Company.
Mr. Levanti graduated with a BS Degree in Accounting from Penn State University.
