Susan Braganza

Ms. Susan Braganza is Senior Vice President-Finance & Accounting at American Real Estate Partners LLC.
Prior to joining American Real Estate Partners, Ms. Braganza served as Senior Director of Shared Services and Vice President of Accounting Operations at CarrAmerica Realty Services.
While at CarrAmerica, Ms. Braganza led a team that re-engineered the back of the house operations and created a world-class Shared Service Center.
Prior to her tenure at CarrAmerica, Ms. Braganza worked at Price Waterhouse in Washington, DC in various capacities for the Office of Government Services and the Washington National Tax Services.
Ms. Braganza is an active member of her church and supports local charities in Alexandria, Virginia.
Ms. Braganza is a graduate of Far Eastern University, holds a BS in Business Administration/Accounting, and is a Certified Professional in Shared Services.
