Sylvie Vachon

Sylvie Vachon is currently the Chairman at Richelieu Hardware Ltd.
and the Chairman at Le Cercle des Présidents du Québec.
She is also the Chairman of the Association of Canadian Port Authorities.
Additionally, she serves as an Independent Director at Cascades, Inc. and as a Director at St. Lawrence Economic Development Association, Groupe Germain, Inc., Alliance Verte, Green Marine, Conseil du Patronat du Quebec, Inc., Conseil Patronal de l'Environnement du Québec, Business Council of Canada, Industry Strategy Council, and Quebec Business Council on the Environment.
Formerly, Ms. Vachon served as the President & Chief Executive Officer of Montreal Port Authority from 2009 to 2020.
She was also the Chairman of Cargo Montreal and a Director at Montréal International and SODES (Canada).
Prior to that, she was the Director of Human Resources at Vickers Canada, Inc. from 1989 to 1990.
Ms. Vachon obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of Sherbrooke.
