Mr. Teh Hsiu Fu is General Manager and Board Member at Prudential Financial Securities Investment Trust Enterprise.
He was previously General Manager at Everbright Pramerica Fund Management Co Ltd., was responsible for the strategic direction and overall operation of the company, which is a joint venture between Everbright Securities in China and Prudential Financial Inc. in the US.
Prior to joining Prudential, he was CEO of AIG Huatai Fund Management Company in Shanghai (2004-2005).
Before that, he was Executive Director and Head of Greater China Office for UBS Global Asset Management, and was based in Hong Kong for over six years.
He headed the institutional account management and business development efforts in the Greater China market.
During his time at UBS, he was also Chairman & President of UBS Securities Investment Advisory (Taiwan) Ltd.
Prior to joining UBS in August 1997, Mr. Fu was Retail Business Director at Fidelity Investments Management (HK) Ltd.
Before moving to Hong Kong in early 1996, he was Managing Director of Fidelity Investments (Taiwan) Ltd.
and was based in Taiwan.
Before joining Fidelity in Taiwan in 1994, he served as the Asian representative for Massachusetts Financial Services (MFS) in the early nineties, and was responsible for the marketing and sales of MFS's off-shore mutual fund products.
He started his career as a Financial Analyst with PaineWebber Inc. in New York in 1985, and worked in Corporate Planning, Finance and Portfolio Review departments at PaineWebber before returning to Taiwan in 1989.
Mr. Fu graduated BA in Mathematics (1983) and MS in Operations Research (1984) from Columbia University.
