Dr. Thomas Leoni is a Senior Economist at Österreichisches Institut für Wirtschaftsforschung.

After degrees from the University of Bologna (Diploma di Laurea in Philosophy) and the Johns Hopkins University (M.A.
in International Economics and European Studies), he completed a doctorate in Economics at the WU Wien.
