Tim Koroknay

Mr. Tim Koroknay is an Analyst at Perpetual Investment Management Ltd.
Mr. Koroknay is an Analyst specifically focused on the property strategies and covering Australian listed and unlisted property vehicles.
He has been seconded into this role while Orion Jandera, Senior Property Analyst, takes maternity leave from December 2011.
Mr. Koroknay joined Perpetual in November 2007 as a Senior Analyst in the Research and Analytics team before becoming a Senior Manager in February 2009 responsible for all analytical and research deliverables across our suite of equity, fixed income and diversified products.
Prior to working at Perpetual he consulted within the region to a number of fund managers, including BT Investment Management.
Prior that he worked in London at Nomura Asset Management as a performance analyst.
Mr. Koroknay has a Bachelor of Economics from Sydney University and is at the final stages of completing a Masters in Applied Finance at Macquarie University.
