Prior to joining PFM in 2009, Mr. Kiley worked for a number of major municipal underwriting firms.
He has been in the tax-exempt finance business for over 25 years, and his concentration throughout his career has been in the health care and higher education sectors.
Mr. Kiley received his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame.
He also holds a law degree from Marquette University Law School and a Master of Business Administration degree in finance from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton Graduate Division.
