Timothy M.
Hardin is Chief Operating Officer of the SVB Financial Group and was Chief Operating Officer of SVB Capital.

He was Vice President and Lender of Silicon Valley Bank and worked at the Commercial Finance Division.
Mr. Hardin was an Economist and Investment Banking Director of US Bank.
Currently, he is a Director of the Silicon Valley Bank Foundation and The Washington-based Technology Alliance.
Mr. Hardin received a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Oregon and an MBA from the John E.
Anderson Graduate School of Management at the University of California.
