Walter is Managing Director & Corporate Counsel at RockBridge Capital LLC.
Mr. Walter began his career as an associate in the Corporate Group of Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease, LLP, a large, regional law firm.
While there, he assisted in structuring, negotiating, and documenting a variety of corporate transactions.
His experience included mergers and acquisitions, corporate financings, corporate formations, and corporate governance matters for publically-traded corporations, privately-held companies, and non-profit organizations.
Mr. Walter received a Bachelor of Science in finance from Miami University where he graduated with honors and a Juris Doctorate from the Georgetown University Law Center where he was the recipient of a Dean’s Certificate and a member of the Tax Law Journal.
