He is the co-founder of The Chasm Group, the leading market strategy firm in Silicon Valley to technology startups.
Tom is the co-founder, along with Geoffrey Moore, of The Chasm Group, the leading market strategy firm in Silicon Valley to technology startups.
Tom has served as a Venture Partner to Voyager Capital since 2000, and is a Managing Director with the Chasm Group.
In addition, Tom has written numerous articles that have appeared in such publications as Forbes ASAP and he is co-author of the best-selling book The Gorilla Game: Picking Winners in High Technology.
Tom has been a keynote speaker at over 20 high technology industry conferences.
Prior to his consulting career, Tom was Director of Marketing for a venture-backed developer of software for support automation.
Tom graduated with a BGS from the University of Michigan, where he studied electrical engineering and business.
