Tyson Bennett serves as Talent Partner at Autotech Ventures.
Tyson’s role as a strategic talent acquisition executive helps Autotech, and the firms’ LPs and portfolio companies, meet their business goals and objectives by attracting and retaining the best people.
His global experience connecting operating executives to disruptive, venture-backed technology companies has enabled him to develop a strong ecosystem of executives, investors and technologists.
Previously, Tyson was a partner at Erevena Executive Search and a director with Daversa Partners.
In addition to placing executives at startups, he worked on emerging talent and advisory networks that help investors and founders translate stage specific business problems into people focused opportunities.
While he built out offices in San Francisco, he worked throughout the U.S.
with Connecticut-based Daversa, and crossed the Atlantic with Erevena, headquartered in London.
Tyson earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing and minor in philosophy from the University of Texas at Austin.
