The company's major shareholders are China Development Investment Group Co., Ltd. and Sichuan Investment Group Co., Ltd., with a capital contribution ratio of 52%% and 48%%, respectively. The company has a registered capital of RMB 37.3 billion and owns high-quality assets worth more than RMB 140 billion.
