William F. Heap

Prior to joining Kennedy, Mr. Heap was an officer and partner in a Dallas-based construction and development company.
Mr. Heap began his commercial real estate career after several years in the construction business.
In 1973, he joined Coldwell Banker (CBRE) as an industrial broker.
In 1977, as Vice President and Manager, he initiated the Industrial Brokerage Service Line in North Texas for Cushman & Wakefield.
In 1980, he incorporated The Heap & Lewis Company, a commercial real estate development and property management company.
Employing up to 15 professionals, he developed a variety of projects, including industrial, mid-rise office, and multi-family properties in Dallas and Houston.
A graduate engineer of Texas Tech University, Mr. Heap's post-graduate studies include the MBA program at Southern Methodist University and a Master of Arts degree from Dallas Theological Seminary.
He holds a Texas real estate broker's license and is a member of Urban Land Institute (ULI) and National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).
