Winnie Xiong

Ms. Winnie Xiong joined Vickers in 2017 as an Associate and is based in Shanghai.
She focuses on investment in AI, Carbon Neutrality and ESG, and also she assists fundraising and government relationship management in China.
Prior to joining Vickers, Winnie worked at Retech Group, which provides IT management and online education solutions.
Her responsibilities included managing the day-to-day affairs of the company from a financial, human resources and PR perspective.
She was also involved in the transformation of the company from a 7-staff team to a 500-strong group.
Further to this, she was responsible for sourcing for funds to start Retech's new offices in Shanghai and Jiangsu and in this regard, successfully procured funding from the local Government.
Winnie graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Information Management & Systems and obtained an MBA degree from Bradford University (UK).
She speaks Mandarin and English fluently.
