Before joining SDTC, Mr. Tompa gained extensive experience in both technology management and financial services.
As Product Manager for a national Small Business credit product at CIBC, he garnered a unique understanding of the challenges facing the Canadian Small Business sector and the credit needs of start-up businesses.
Previously, he played a pivotal role in the startup of Infotriever, Inc., a Toronto-based software company, where he served in business development and product marketing capacities.
His work experience also includes application sales and project management—for CRS Automation Solutions and Spar Aerospace Limited, respectively.
Mr. Tompa received his Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Queens University.
