Zvi Rudawsky

Mr. Zvi Rudawsky is a Principal at Boutique Apartments.
Prior to joining Boutique Apartments, Mr. Rudawsky managed a $100 million portfolio of 1,650 apartment units for Woodhaven Management Company, LLC, and was responsible for all aspects of property operations including asset, property, and construction management.
Mr. Rudawsky began his career in real estate with Home American Mortgage Company where he was responsible for the management, rehabilitation, and disposition of Home American's $22 million REO portfolio.
He holds the designation of Certified Property Manager, is a licensed real estate broker in Colorado, and holds the certified residential real estate appraiser license.
He also served as President of the Northern Colorado chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management from 2002-2003.
Mr. Rudawsky received graduate of Colorado State University.
He lives in Denver with his wife and their children.
