En virtud de lo previsto en el artículo 17 del Reglamento (UE) nº 596/2014 sobre abuso de mercado y en el artículo 227 del texto refundido de la Ley del Mercado de Valores, aprobado por el Real Decreto Legislativo 4/2015, de 23 de octubre, y disposiciones concordantes, así como en la Circular 3/2020 del segmento BME Growth de BME MTF Equity ("BME Growth"), Arteche Lantegi Elkartea, S.A. (la "Sociedad"), pone en su conocimiento la siguiente:

OTRA INFORMACION RELEVANTE

Conforme al acuerdo adoptado por la Junta General de Accionistas celebrada el día 11 de mayo de 2022, el próximo 6 de julio se efectuará el desembolso de un dividendo complementario del resultado del ejercicio

2021 por 4,5 céntimos de euro por acción con el detalle siguiente:

De este derecho están excluidas las acciones propias que la Sociedad posee en autocartera. De conformidad con el Art. 148 del texto refundido de la Ley de Sociedades de Capital, el importe bruto correspondiente a las acciones propias se adicionará proporcionalmente al resto de las acciones.

El importe del dividendo, una vez realizadas las retenciones tributarias legalmente aplicables en cada caso, se hará efectivo conforme a las disposiciones vigentes para las entidades depositarias, utilizando los medios que IBERCLEAR pone a disposición. A tal efecto se nombra agente de pagos a la entidad Banco Santander, S.A.

De conformidad con lo dispuesto en la citada Circular 3/2020 se indica que la información comunicada por la presente ha sido elaborada bajo la exclusiva responsabilidad de la Sociedad y sus administradores.

According to the resolution adopted at the Annual General Meeting held on May 11, next July 6, 2022 a complementary cash dividend from 2021 results of a gross amount of EUR cents 4.5 will be paid. Tax withholding shall be made as required by applicable legislation.

The payment of this dividend will be executed on July 6, 2022 through the systems established by the Spanish entity in charge of registration, clearing and settlement of securities (Iberclear) by bank Santander, SA.
