Amy Stuart

Amy Stuart is a Managing Director and Head of Capital Formation of Certares.
Prior to joining Certares, she was a Director at KKR in New York, where she worked on the Client & Partner Group as a product specialist focused on Americas and Asia private equity.
She began her career at Lehman Brothers in New York in its Global Natural Resources group, where she was involved in a number of merger, acquisition, and other corporate advisory transactions.
Amy is a member of the Investment Committee of Certares Management LLC.
Amy received her Master of Public Accounting degree from the McCombs School of Business of The University of Texas at Austin and her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in the Honors Plan, with high honors, from The University of Texas at Austin.
