Gribbel is a Director at Windrose Advisors LLC.
He develops asset allocation strategies and conducts due diligence on investments and managers across all asset classes.
He is a member of the Windrose Investment Committee.
He currently serves on the Advisory Boards for NextView Ventures, Mangrove Capital Partners and Aspect Ventures.
Mr. Gribbel was a Director of Investments in the Tufts University Investment Office, which manages over $1 billion.
He headed the global private equity program, leading due diligence on all private equity investments.
He was a member of the investment committee and helped evaluate and monitor investments across all asset classes.
Preceding Tufts, he was an investment professional at HarbourVest Partners, a private equity fund-of-funds, where he evaluated buyout, venture capital, mezzanine, and distressed debt managers.
He also co-founded a company that developed software for interactive television and worked as an international equity trader at Grantham, Mayo, Van Otterloo & Co. Previously, he sat on Advisory Boards of Highland Capital Partners, Sterling Partners, and Gold Hill Capital.
He received a BA in Economics and Sociology from Amherst College and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
