Additionally, Mr. Pell was a director of a New York-based asset management and financial services firm and was a member of its investment committee.
He has been a director of a publicly listed company and served as treasurer.
He is the past president of Fort Ticonderoga, a history museum located in New York and is currently the Treasurer.
He received his undergraduate degree from Princeton University and a graduate degree from George Washington University.
