Arthur D.
Vaughn has been a Director of Marietta Power & Water since January 8, 2003.
He is a Member of the Marietta Kiwanis Club and Controller at Southern Polytechnic State Universiy.
He is a Director of Marietta Tree Keepers, IMPACT, and the Cobb Leadership Council of the American Cancer Society.
He was a Director of the United Way of Cobb County, the Cobb Community Collaborative, the George Washington Carver Boys Girls Club, Hands On Atlanta, and Communities in Schools Marietta/Cobb.
Mr. Vaughn received a BA degree in Economics from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University, Syracuse, New York and a Master of Public Administration degree in Finance from Clark Atlanta University, Atlanta, Georgia.
