Bhrijesh Patel

Prior to joining Goldin Capital in 2004, Mr. Patel worked at Nightingale & Associates, a middle-market financial advisory firm where he advised both debtors and creditors in a restructuring capacity.
Prior to that, he was employed by SG Cowen Securities in its investment banking group where he focused on financing and M&A transactions.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Patel was with Goldin Associates, where he advised a number of clients in connection with distressed situations.
He began his career in the real estate acquisitions group at Jones Lang Wootton USA. Mr. Patel received his M.B.A.
in Finance and Management from the Haas School of Business at U.C.
Berkeley and holds a B.S.
in Finance and International Business from the Stern School of Business at New York University.
