Founded in 1986, the firm was acquired by Victory Capital Management, Inc. from The Guardian Life Insurance Co. of America in July 2016. They operate as an independent franchise within Victory Capital's multi-boutique model. Each of the teams within the RS franchise continues to operate autonomously. RS Investments provides investment advisory services to mutual funds, institutions, private pooled investment vehicles, and high net-worth individuals.

Founded in 1970 by Claude Rosenberg, RCM Capital Management LLC, formerly Rosenberg Capital Management, RCM Capital Management LLC is a registered investment advisor headquartered in San Francisco with additional offices in London, Frankfurt, Hong Kong, Tokyo and Sydney. The firm was also previously known as Dresdner RCM Global Investors. RCM is a division of RCM U.S. Holdings LLC and their ultimate parent is Allianz SE. RCM manages portfolios for individuals and institutions. They also manage the Allianz/Dresdner family of mutual funds.
