Brad Fehn

Mr. Fehn joined Denargo Capital in March, 2005.
Prior to joining Denargo, Mr. Fehn co-founded Vortex Flow, LLC in September, 2001 and served Vortex as its CEO from inception into the first quarter of 2005.
Vortex Flow is a leading fluid dynamics optimization company serving the oil and gas industry.
During the course of his tenure as the Vortex CEO, Mr. Fehn led the company with great passion, solid principles and a firm team concept.
As a result, the team was able to achieve uncommon excellence.
One illustration of this excellence was Vortex being selected as “Newcomer of the Year” in the global energy industry by Platts Energy in 2004.
Prior to Vortex Flow, Mr. Fehn served as CFO of iSherpa Capital, LLC in Englewood, CO.
iSherpa is a venture capital firm focused on wireless technology investments.
Mr. Fehn continued to learn the rigors of early-stage business operations and the key components necessary to achieve success.
Before serving iSherpa, Mr. Fehn served as a contract CFO to a variety of early-stage technology companies.
Mr. Fehn worked with many companies to draft their business plan, solicit investment capital and get their operations off of the ground.
Mr. Fehn also worked on various regulatory and SEC filings including an S-1 registration.
Mr. Fehn started his career in 1989 as an Auditor for KPMG Peat Marwick in Denver, CO and became a CPA in 1991.
Mr. Fehn received a BSBA with a major in Honors Accounting from the Ohio State University in 1989.
Mr. Fehn became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in 1991 and became a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) in 1999.
Mr. Fehn has experience in coaching youth sports and is also active in teaching the Junior Achievement curriculum to elementary and middle school students in the Denver area.
