Mr. Bruce G.
Morrison is a Managing Director at Clarion Partners LLC.
Mr. Morrison has been working with ING Clarion Partners since 1987 prior to the management buyout of Clarion Partners in June 2011.
Prior to that, he was at Pan-American Properties in New York as a Vice President.
He also became Director of Asset Management from 1980 to 1987.
Previously, he was at Connecticut General Life Insurance Company in Hartford, Connecticut as an Asset Management Director from 1973 to 1980.
Mr. Morrison received his M.B.A.
in Finance from Boston University in 1973 and his B.S.
in Civil Engineering from Lehigh University in 1971.
