Charles LePorin

Mr. LePorin is the CEO of The Bil-Ray Group, one of the largest remodelers in the U.S., specializing in the sale and installation of siding, windows, kitchen cabinet refacing as well as entry and garage doors.
Under his leadership, the company grew from $2.8 million in 1992 to over $62 million in 2003.
Operating in New York and throughout New England, Bil-Ray is continually placed in the Top 5 largest independent Home Improvement companies in America by Qualified Remodeler's annual Top 500 survey.
Additionally, the Bil-Ray Group became Sears' largest remodeling licensee.
Previously, Mr. LePorin held various sales management positions at Bil-Ray and joined the organization in 1983 as a Sales Representative.
