CIBC Asset Management, Inc. (CIBC AM) is a Canadian asset management firm headquartered in Toronto, Ontario. The firm was founded in 1972 and is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (NYSE, TSE: CM), a publicly traded Canadian chartered bank. CIBC AM manages assets on behalf of institutional, high-net-worth clients and underlying investors in their retail sponsored products.

Fidelity (Canada) Asset Management ULC (FCAM) is a Canadian asset management firm headquartered in Toronto, Ontario. The firm was formerly known as Pyramis Global Advisors (Canada) ULC. They are a subsidiary of Fidelity Investments Canada ULC, ultimately owned by FMR LLC in the US. FCAM provides services to Canadian institutional investors, including corporate and public retirement funds, endowments, foundations, insurance companies and banks.
